Chris brings over 30 years of construction and inspection experience to every property evaluated. Having personally overseen more than 20,000 residential and commercial inspections, he possesses an exceptional ability to identify structural, mechanical, and safety-related concerns. As a Certified Master Inspector aligned with professional industry standards, Chris leads Real Choice with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and comprehensive reporting.
Davian Wilson
Certified Inspector

Since joining Real Choice in 2021, Davian has completed hundreds of detailed inspections across Las Vegas. His hands-on field experience, combined with rigorous in-house training, ensures each inspection is thorough, methodical, and professionally executed. Clients appreciate his attention to detail and clear communication.

Project & Office Manager
With a background in Management Information Systems and Business Administration, Danny supports operational efficiency and client coordination.
